At project initialization, the bid manager shall transmit the information to the project manager in order to ensure a full understanding of :

• The context of the offer
• The workload
• The risks associated with the project
• The margin

Connect to ANS project management tool (PMT) At the upper left of the page, click on “Projets” in order to display your current project access list.

Below the blue header, click on “Create Project”

Fill the project configuration as follow :

• Name : ICAO - airport name (respect the space between the ICAO code, the - and the airport name)
• Description : provide the “code affaire” and a short description of the expected task
• Identifiant : filled automatically
• Check the “Demande privée par défaut” checkbox
• Select “_Projets” in the field “Sous-Projet de”
• Check the “Hériter les membres” checkbox

For the modules, select at least the following items :

• Suivi des demandes
• Suivi du temps passé
• you may use additional item if relevant

For trakers, select the tracker(s) that match with your study and that could be usefull to follow-up the diffrent task of the project.

You can then create your project. A green message appears if successful. You can clean the list of assigned people.

Select the people that will work with you on the project using the “Membres” tab. Add people with the Expert CGX Rôle

Go on the repo browser from the Airport root folder Check first that the country doesn't exist, if no, right-click on the white space on the right a select the “Create Folder” instruction. Fill the name of the country

Checkout the “FolderTree Generator” folder accessible within the countries list. Use the “init_FolderTree_AIRPORT.bat” in order to generate the full airport architecture Within the repo browser, right-click on the country you wish to work and select the “Add Folder” feature. You will be invited to navigate through your computer and select the folder architecture you've just created previously. Leave a comment like “creation”
